Do not just post “it broke”
If I cannot reproduce the issue, I am mostly guessing.
Tell me:
- What you were doing before it happened
- What you expected to happen
- What actually happened
- Which character, weapon, power, item, vehicle, or menu was involved
- Whether it happens every time
- Any console errors
- Whether you had just died, reconnected, changed maps, or restarted the server
Screenshots and short videos help. A giant video with no timestamp does not.
Use one thread per bug unless the problems are obviously connected. Search first so we do not end up with six threads containing one useful detail each.
If the bug can crash the server, duplicate items, destroy the economy, or compromise accounts, send it privately to staff. Do not post a public tutorial for abusing it.
